The Bernalillo Board of County Commissioners on May 10, 2016 approved a resolution affecting the county's non-profit capital outlay process. The amended deadline for submit these mandatory Capital Outlay Request Forms has been moved from May 20, 2016 to June 17, 2016.
These forms are required if your organization intends to pursue capital outlay funding in the 2017 New Mexico State Legislative Session that is to be accepted and administered by Bernalillo County.
A mandatory information session was held April 28, 2016 where nonprofit organizations learned about compliance with these requirements - necessary for legal and fiscal accountability, for adherence to the state’s anti-donation clause, and to ensure that public tax dollars are spent as intended.
Bernalillo County’s Capital Improvement Program hosted district informational meetings in March and April to inform the public about the 2016-2022 Capital Improvement Plan and 2016 General Obligation bond questions that will be on the November 2016 ballot.

Public submittals for the 2016 GO Bond cycle ended on May 6, 2016. The 2018 cycle will start receiving applications in early 2017. Check back on this site at that time.
