Burn calories, increase technique and cycling-specific fitness with this indoor cycling class. Experienced instructors (cyclists with more than 12 years of indoor teaching experience) combine awesome music and outdoor riding techniques for a sweat-driven workout. Advanced to beginner cyclists can take this class and get the individual exercises needed.
When: Indoor Cycling: Mondays 5:45 - 6:45 p.m.
Combo Cycling/Strength Class: Wednesdays 5:45 - 6:45 p.m. and Fridays 10:30-11:45 a.m. (40-45 minutes of cycling followed by strength training)
Cost: $8/class, 10 pack $70.00 (Can be used for all Becky MacGregor classes)
Instructors: Becky MacGregor, NASM, CPT, CES, AFAA; Heart Zones Blue Jersey/Threshold Trainer certified
