  • District 3 Commissioner Maggie Hart Stebbins invites all to her next monthly neighborhood brown-bag luncheon Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. in the lobby of the Hiland Theater, 4800 Central Ave. SE, just west of San Mateo Boulevard. Because of the great interest in wills, estates and probate, this month's guests are county Probate Judge Willow Misty Parks, the Hon. Shannon Bacon, 2nd Judicial District Court, and attorneys from the 2nd Judicial District Pro Bono Committee. Judges Bacon and Parks can answer questions regarding the 2nd Judicial District Court and the county Court of Wills, Estates and Probate, respectively. The pro bono attorneys will be available to respond privately to specific questions regarding wills and probate. Due to the event's popularity, please RSVP by Friday, Feb. 12.
