BCFD Station 1 Fire

Fall 2015: The public is urged to use fire cautiously and safely in unincorporated areas of Bernalillo County.

The burning of dried tumbleweeds is currently allowed in piles no larger than three feet by three feet between the hours of  11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Fire extinguishing equipment must be available and the fire must be attended at all times. If winds exceed 15 miles per hour, please extinguish the fire.
