Human Resources

The Employment Section of the Human Resources Department is responsible for the county’s recruitment and selection activities for county departments. The section provides oversight and guidance to county departments on hiring procedures and policies.

We are committed to providing and retaining a skilled and diverse workforce in order to deliver quality service to the residents of Bernalillo County. This is accomplished through advertising of employment opportunities, recruiting, screening applications and utilizes best practices to identify candidates for positions throughout the county departments.
