More than the Machines: This is small group, personal training session that utilizes equipment-other than the standard Life Fitness machines. You will get hands-on instruction from the trainer. Participants will work in an interval/intensity format that works compound muscle groups. This is a seasonal, four-week program designed to give instruction on cable cross machines, stability balls, dumb bells, barbells, medicine balls and more. New sesssions are posted at the community center. Fee is $100/person for four sessions. No refunds for missed sessions.
*Minimum of 2 people per session, call for new sessions, space is limited.
