Paradise Hills Little League
9801 La Paz Drive NW Albuquerque, NM 87114
Sunrise to Sunset
The Paradise Hills Little League is a 16.5 acre facility at the western edge of Paradise Hills at the corner of La Paz and Paradise Boulevard NW. The league begins practices and games each March and concludes the season in May, with a reduced summer and fall league each year. The league’s annual enrollment of approximately 650 youth per year is holding steady due to attracting youth who reside in the County’s unincorporated Paradise Hills Subdivision and in the City’s incorporated Ventana Ranch community. The three existing fields do not meet the demand, so Bernalillo County is undertaking a project to convert the adjacent soccer fields into two additional baseball fields (200’ and 120’) and additional parking. Soccer activity has been relocated to the City’s Ventana Ranch Regional Park. The City is working with the County to pay for field conversion, with phase 1 construction beginning after the 2012 season. Phase 2 construction is contingent on additional funding and is expected to be undertaken in 2013.
