The Purchasing Department is responsible for the routing and filing of all county contracts and the maintenance of a contracts database. In addition, the Purchasing Department is responsible for ensuring that all contracts are in accordance with state and federal laws, regulations and ordinances.
The “Transparency Portal for Contracts,” allows the public to view all active county contracts entered into with public entities, private businesses, and non-profit agencies.
The contracts consist of all types of goods and services and include, but are not limited to, the vendor name, description of services, terms and conditions, contract amount, and expiration date.
