Procurement Card (P-Card) Program

Bernalillo County participates in a P-Card program designed to streamline the procurement process and the issuance of warrants issued by the Accounts Payable staff by replacing the need for petty cash, low-value approvals on purchase orders of $4,999 or less, and qualifying travel expenses.

All purchases made with the P-Card are in accordance with state and federal laws, regulations and ordinances.

This portal allows the public to view all P-Card transactions and justification for all purchases made by Bernalillo County elected officials, the county manager and the county manager’s assistant.
