On Sept. 22, 2016, Bernalillo County Commission Vice Chair Wayne Johnson hosted 30 foreign nationals who are employed at U.S. embassies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Seoul, South Korea, Valletta, Malta, Prague Czech Republic and 21 other locations.

  • Community meeting to discuss a public safety memorial being constructed on Public School Road across from the McGrane Public Safety Complex. The community meeting will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 6 p.m. at the McGrane Public Safety Complex, 48 Public School Road, Tijeras, N.M. Project consultants will present design concepts and drawings detailing the construction of the public safety memorial. The meeting will provide opportunity for the public to offer feedback on this memorial design.
