Pickleball Ages 50-plus

Some services we provide:

  • We are a Senior Meal Site! Bernalillo County/City of Albuquerque’s Office of Senior Affairs offer nutritious hot meals served daily to seniors 50 plus. Those ages 60 and up pay a suggested donation; those 50 to 59 pay $3.27
     
  • Live music is provided from Monday through Friday by our senior musicians
     
  • We offer beginning and intermediate computers classes in both English and Spanish. Call (505) 468-7341 for days/times
     
  • Sew and quilt from Monday through Thursday in our state-of-the art sewing program.  Sewing, embroidery and long-arm machines
    are available for use

     
  • Work out daily from Monday through Friday in our comprehensive fitness room
     
  • Experience ceramics, tin making, pottery and woodworking – call (505) 468-7341 for days/times
     
  • Monthly field trips, seasonal barbecues, potlucks, reminisce hours, and more

Come join our friendly, fun, active and accommodating atmosphere -  it’s where seniors meet,  make new friends and enjoy a community of loving, caring and energetic folks!

Enjoy Pickleball for those ages 50 +. Free on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from noon to 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m. Call (505) 468-7341 for more info.

  • Get into the Halloween spirit while keeping it green by learning how to make your own costume out of recycled materials. In this workshop we will explore various costuming techniques using upcycled materials. Feel free to bring any recycled items and/or repurposed clothing that you would like to transform into a costume.

  • Every gardener struggles with common problems such as pests, weeds and watering. This workshop will offer useful tips and tricks for dealing with these issues and how to be proactive. This workshop is free but participants must register below or by calling (505) 314-0398.
