    Measure Overview

    # Objective Strategic Plan Goal Business Strategy

Design and implement a DSAP Client Tracking System to track clients admissions and their progress while receiving services in DSAP

    Public Safety

    Action Steps

    1. Add fingerprint recognition for client check-in and attendance records. Migration of biometric data from the MS Access database will be evaluated, if technically possible data will be migrated to the SQL Server 2008 database (Phase 3)
    2. Enhancements as determined / required (Phase 4)

Phase 1 and  2 are complete, below is a summary outlining the finished steps:

    1. Design and implement client registration and demographic data entry as an ASP.Net web application utilizing a SQL Server 2008 database. The core functionality handles DSAP assessments, group assignments, and attendance tracking. Non biometric data has been migrated from the current ATP MS Access database. (Phase 1)
    2. Add a ‘Client Notes’ module (Phase 2)

    Why is this measure important?

It is our goal to have one system to track all client admissions in one database.  Currently, we use multiple databases for each program.  This will allow for one single site for tracking clients from program to program.
