    Reflective signs reduce accidents. Safety concerns and federal mandate. Trends will be analyzed to determine what steps can be taken to improve reflectivity and track replacement of non-compliant signs.

    Field/sign inventory database; Retro reflectometer

    How is the measure calculated?

    # of non-compliant signs divided by the total # of signs that require minimum reflectivity value and compare to the prior year to determine rate of change
