Impact fee waiver criteria for economic base development.

The criteria for determining which projects qualify for an economic development impact fee exemption include the number and quality of jobs the project will generate and maintain, the ad valorem taxes the project will generate, environmental and community impacts, the longevity and credit worthiness of the company and whether local facilities will be leased or owned.
