NM Supreme Court Probate Forms

Directions for Using Probate Forms: The link below, New Mexico Probate Court Forms, should take you to a list of all available forms that have been approved by the New Mexico Supreme Court for use in the Probate Courts. Once you reach the probate forms page, you will see a number starting with “4b” followed by a wpd. extension under File Name. These links refer to “word perfect documents.”

WordPerfect Users: If you are a WordPerfect user, click on each “File Name” link that starts with “4b” for the forms you need.

Microsoft Word and Other Word Processing Users: Do not click on the .wpd links. Instead, click on the TV link, which stands for “text version”. This should allow you to download each form when you click on this link and save each form to your computer under whatever file name you select.
