Emergency Alerts Can Now Go to Cell
Bernalillo County Emergency Communications Center are pleased to announce that residents and business owners in the unincorporated areas of Bernalillo County may now register their cell and/or VoIP phone number(s) to receive important and/or emergency notifications.
The new Emergency Target Notification System can send thousands of messages in a very short amount of time, specifically targeted to certain areas. | |

New Commissioner Sworn In
Maggie Hart Stebbins was sworn in Tuesday at 3:00 pm as the new Bernalillo County Commissioner for District 3. Commissioner Hart Stebbins was appointed by Governor Bill Richardson to fill the vacant seat left by Commissioner Deanna Archuleta.
