The Bernalillo County Department of Substance Abuse Programs administers programs and services designed to reduce the incidence of DWI in Bernalillo County, reduce the number of alcohol-related automobile crashes, deaths and injuries and provide comprehensive services for public inebriates in need of substance abuse detoxification and treatment services.
