Bernco LogoChief of Corrections Ramon Rustin has tendered his resignation, effective April 7, 2014.  Chief Rustin says he will now take time to meet personal and family obligations.  “I would like to thank the County Commission and County Manager Tom Zdunek for this great opportunity,” says MDC Chief Ramon Rustin.

“I would also like to thank my staff for their loyalty and commitment to me. I’ve been honored to serve in this capacity for over three years and I wish everyone at MDC well.”
