Starting March 13, all neighborhood associations in Bernalillo County may register and request the Request for Qualification (RFQ) document via phone/voice, fax, e-mail or in-person from the Bernalillo County Purchasing Department.
Once you receive the RFQ, submit the grant proposal to:

Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102
Neighborhood Associations will have 30 days to submit a proposal. The deadline is April 13, 2011 at 4:00p.m. A non-mandatory informational meeting will be held on March 16, 2011 at 1:00p.m. in the Vincent E. Griego Council Chambers, Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Government Center, located at One Civic Plaza N.W., Basement Level, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
