Bernalillo County has received its first Performance Measurement Certificate of Achievement Award from the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), headquartered in Washington, D.C. “The mission of Bernalillo County is to be an effective steward of county resources and a partner in building a high quality of life for county residents, communities and businesses,” says County Manager Tom Zdunek. “By tracking our performance, we are able to better determine where we are going and what we hope to accomplish.”
