The court also conducts wedding ceremonies - in all, Judge Parks has joined together more than 130 happy couples.

A New Mexico native, Judge Parks has lived almost all her life in Albuquerque. She is a practicing attorney licensed by the New Mexico State Bar and earned her law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law, graduating magna cum laude; and is a sole practitioner operating Parks Law Office, LLC where her practice centers on small business formation and start-up, wills, trusts, probate and estate planning.
