The Bernalillo County Treasurer is the property tax collector for the County of Bernalillo. The public monies of the County are placed under the supervision of the Treasurer and investment decisions are the responsibility of the Treasurer, subject to the advice and consent of the County Commission acting as the Board of Finance, in accordance with all Federal and State law.
