Welcome to the Bernalillo County Purchasing Department!
The Purchasing Department is pleased to announce new services offered through the Bernalillo County website. The electronic Vendor Registration System (eVRS) allows vendors to register online and receive automated e-mail notifications when addendums and updates are posted to the website.
In addition to the benefits of registering online, vendors will have the ability to view RFB and RFP results and register for workshops offered by the Bernalillo County Purchasing Department.
If you are already a registered vendor, contact the Purchasing Department at 505-468-7013 to find out how to take advantage of the new services. You won't see the additional services until you enter your vendor ID online.
All vendors (and citizens) are welcome to view current Interest Letters for all RFB and RFP solicitations.
