What to do if you have lost a pet?

Animals impounded by Bernalillo County Animal Care Services are housed under an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Albuquerque’s Animal Welfare Department. The City of Albuquerque has, for your benefit, photographs of dog’s and cat’s housed in their two animal shelters as a service to individuals who have lost a pet or are looking to adopt a pet. If you have lost a pet, please follow this link to the City of Albuquerque’s Animal Welfare Department to help you “search for a lost or adoptable pet."
