Voter data is provided for governmental and election campaign purposes only per NMSA § 1-4-5.5. All other use is strictly prohibited, with penalties for misuse.

Business Partner Accounts – Obtain electronic absentee and/or early voting data for the current election.

Other data requests – Obtain current electronic voter data, to include historical voter turnout.

  • The Bernalillo County Clerk’s Office Bureau of Elections conducts Third Party Registration Agent Training for individuals or groups wishing to register potential voters or assist a voter in changes to their voter registration record. Third Party Agents are individuals who solicit and provide assistance to another person in the completion of a Voter Registration Form. Third Party Agents help fulfill an important role as partners in our outreach effort.

  • The last day to register to vote or update your voter registration for the 2018 Primary Election is Tuesday May 8,2018. You may register to vote if you are a resident of New Mexico, a citizen of the United States, eighteen years old or older at the time of the next election, not legally declared mentally incapacitated and convicted felons who have satisfied all the terms and conditions of sentencing.
