Earth Day is April 22. All month long, activities are being organized to honor and protect our Earth. We will be joined by local Environmental Justice leaders, water conservation experts, and also get the scoop on the Kirtland Air Force Base jet fuel cleanup and how to engage in their upcoming virtual Open House. Click the attached Zoom link to RSVP to this virtual event. Since we still need to protect our elders and keep our families safe from COVID-19, Sunset Chisme's will continue to be virtual on Zoom. As soon as we can share space safely with each other, Commissioner Barboa will start hosting these get-togethers at different community centers and parks around our neighborhoods.
