Scheduled Information Technology Maintenance This Sunday


On Sunday, Sept. 15, all of Bernalillo County’s information technology systems will be offline from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. to implement a major network upgrade in preparation for the county’s move to new headquarters at Alvarado Square in 2021.

During that time, all IT systems, including most phones, email, and many functions on BernCo.gov, will be unavailable.

Emergency 911 communication will not be impacted. The public will still be able to contact 911 operators to request law enforcement and Fire Department first responder services.
