County Company Gets LEDA Money for Expansion

Bernalillo County data business, Resilient Solutions 21 has been given approval for a Local Economic Development Agreement grant of $805,000.

RS21 will use the funding for construction, engineering, architectural, IT, and permanent design expenses for expanded office space in the historic Occidental Life Building in the downtown area of Albuquerque.

“This is another opportunity for the county to support a homegrown 21st century business and continue to create growth opportunities and jobs,” says County Commission Chair Steven Michael Quezada.

Bernalillo County will enter into a public participation agreement with RS21 to account for the LEDA funds and job creation commitment and act as the fiscal agent on behalf of the State of New Mexico.
