Providing special instructions to the 911 operator before an emergency occurs can save lives and time, and aid in the response of emergency service personnel.

Providing special instructions to the 911 operator before an emergency occurs can save lives and time, and aid in the response of emergency service personnel. Please take a moment to review this form and provide any information that you feel would benefit you and your family in an emergency.

Signing up for the Citizen Address Response Enhancement (CARE) system allows residents and businesses to attach detailed information that will be entered into the Computer Aided Dispatch System.  When you call for an emergency, from a registered landline phone, the information you have provided will be displayed to the 911 operator and relayed to the responding personnel.

Click for a link to the form in English or in Spanish.

You can also sign up for the program at any of the senior centers or meal sites listed here.

*PLEASE NOTE: This service is only available for landline phones.
