It is the mission of the General Services Division to better serve the public and county departments by providing exceptional customer service, effective communication, ethical business practices, and streamlined operations whilebeing effective stewards of county resources.

  • The General Services Division oversees: Risk Management, Procurement & Business Services, Real Estate/Right of Way, and Constituents & Support Services Departments
  • The General Services Division consists of a broad range of logistical and innovative services from the procurement of goods/services and the payment of invoices, risk management, printing services, fabrication of traffic and non-traffic signage, real estate transactions, assisting with constituent inquiries, and resolutions to state-mandated programs
  • Departments within this division fulfill Bernalillo County’s strategic plan goal of government accountability, ensuring transparency and good stewardship of taxpayer dollars
