  3. Approval - Obtain stakeholder feedback of steps and amend, if needed.
  4. Implementation - Provide processes to all staff and begin using them.
  5. Review - assess the processes periodically to determine if end result is achieved.

This objective is important because it demonstrates the efforts of OPS to create consistent, efficient processes that produce quality results, as defined in policy.
