Why is this measure important?

With the addition of the floating obstacle course, the "Wibit", and the addition of a newly renovated party room(s) in the space that was formerly the Rio Grande Fitness Gym revenue increases are expected. The brand new South Valley Splash slated to open Summer of 2018 will be the largest splash pad in the state of New Mexico. This will surely be a huge hit for the community and surrounding areas. Revenue will increase by the addition of these new facilities.
