Additional Information

By expanding the utilization of OpenGov, the Operations Excellence Office (OEO) is able to bring together interactive dashboards, reports and web content for enriched story-telling and operational analysis. OpenGov has developed new functionality allowing OEO to increase the amount of report development for users. Dashboards built throughout FY19 include comparison dashboards, strategic plan goal dashboards, and departmental dashboards for departments like Risk Management, Contact Center, and Solid Waste.
