To improve the interaction with hiring managers and the general public.

How is the measure calculated?

The monthly report indicates the number of recruitment services provided to County departments and the outcome (improvement) for each recruitment.  By tracking the communications with the department to document their needs, any recommendations and the final recruitment outcome. The improved recruitment model is ongoing; we are in the 1st phase of 5 phases. We are contacting departments that are experiencing difficulties filling their positions.

Additional Information

We are currently working with hiring managers and have made new contacts with different entities and have filled positions that are difficult to recruit. We do have an ongoing relationship with the entities listed above but the limited budget is a barrier. We are getting ready to post our website satisfaction survey on the County’s jobs website.
