  2. Use Aqua Pro QA protocols to receive statistics of each dispatcher.
  3. QA Evaluator will evaluate calls below standards and debrief dispatcher.

Required to be in compliance with department accreditations. Ensure department is a full safety answering point. To maintain a “Center of Excellence” in Emergency Fire and Emergency Medical Dispatch rating.

20 areas of information from International Academy of Fire and Medical Dispatch. Any area can't be rated unacceptable.
