    2. Implement a plan of action for facility repairs by communicating with facilities and the Fire Chief. 20% Complete.

    4. Work on architectural plans. Will be measured at 15% in FY18.

    5. Construction: make improvements to fire station 43. Will be measured at 35% in FY18.
