Action Steps

  1. Identify ESF specific training for all departments with either primary or supporting responsibilities for an ESF annex.
  2. Provide technical assistance to departments to identify tasks and objectives needed to be tested during various exercises.
  3. Continue working with departments to identify training necessary to function as a member of the County EOC.
  4. Encourage each department to provide personnel to attend each EOC/ESF exercise.

Why is this measure important?

We want to have individuals from each ESF, that are trained in the event Bernalillo County has to stand up the Emergency Operations Center to support a disaster or large scale incident.

Where does the data come from?

Training sign-in sheets and training report from MYBLC; Report will be generated out of MYBLC and sign-in sheets will validate the training participation

How is the measure calculated?

Count the number of ESF functional areas that have individuals attending training during each quarter.
