The number of inspections for an establishment is dependent on the assigned risk category. Each establishment is assigned one of the following risk categories Low = 1 inspection, Medium = 2 inspections, High = 3 inspections.

Numbers reflected during COVID-19 will not reflect the business's that are closed due to the public health order.
