Accela Automation; Permits in Accela, walk ins and phone calls tracked off sign in sheets

How is the measure calculated?

Quantify direct interaction with staffing levels (walk in and phone) 1,200 (customers) / 7 (staff) to provide optimal service - Target 171 per month; Based on frequency of customer calls, walk in customers and permit submittals
