    Why is this measure important?

    Certifying appraisal staff gives them the knowledge of International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) standards and the overall credibility of the Assessor’s Office. Enhance overall credibility of the office and better educate the public.

    Individual position analysis -- Number of staff certified divided by number of uncertified in a given year, reporting takes place in September
