Additional Information

All properties that apply for a building permit are field checked to assess any contributory value added to the existing property, assess a newly constructed building, or demolitions to buildings. In order to send out a NOV by April 1st the Assessors office needs to have all permits completed by Jan 30th so they have some time to verify the information that goes out is correct.
