    Real Estate's goal is to purchase, dispose and lease property for county-wide initiatives in an efficient and effective manner.

    • Acquire land and/or buildings for various county divisions for their specific use or a program
    • Dispose of excess land through the vacation, bid or one-on-one negotiation process
    • Lease county properties to other governmental agencies, non-profit corporations or lease property for the county’s use
    • Acquire properties and/or Temporary Construction Permits (TCP) or easements for use by the county’s Technical Services Department to use for their county, state and/or federally funded projects

    The Matrix is used during the Build Foundation and Developing Framework phases of the performance reporting process. While developing the Matrix the mission, services, projects, and performance measures are reviewed, updated, and/or established for the upcoming cycle. The Meeting Agenda and Industry Research are used during the Analyze & Review phase of the performance reporting process. The Meeting Agenda tracks questions and follow up items addressed during the DCM Performance Meetings, while the Industry Research is reviewed for industry trends and benchmarking opportunities.
