Bernalillo County – Cast members of the AMC series, Better Call Saul, are joining county commissioner and former Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul cast member, Steven Michael Quezada, to get the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine.

Commissioner Quezada will be joined by Bob Odenkirk, (Saul) and Rhea Seehorn, (Kim Wexler) at the National Hispanic Cultural Center at noon on Saturday to roll up their sleeves and get vaccinated as part of the county’s ‘Get the Shot’ campaign. All three actors signed up through the state vaccination portal and received their notice for the shot.

“This is the New Mexico acting community getting the leading role in the vaccination campaign,” says Commission Vice Chair Steven Michael Quezada. “This is not just the role of a lifetime, it’s the chance to save lives and let the community know the importance of getting the shot.”

The vaccination site at the National Hispanic Cultural Center is run by Bernalillo County.

Any residents who would like the vaccine should register with the State of New Mexico Department of health at: https://cvvaccine.nmhealth.org/.
