Register Now for Master Naturalist Program

Bernalillo County – Bernalillo County Open Space is accepting applications for the 2019 Master Naturalist Program, held from June through August. Applications are due by March 31.

Selected participants will experience a 55 hours of free classes and hands-on field experiences during the summer. After completion, participants will complete a 40-hour service project during the following year.

The Master Naturalist Program is ideal for individuals who have a love of the outdoors, a curiosity of the natural environment, and a desire to help support conservation measures that improve land health.

Bernalillo County’s Open Space Program includes about 1,000 acres at 13 locations, from the East Mountains to the Rio Grande Valley.
