Bernalillo County — The Bernalillo County Assessor, Tanya R. Giddings, would like to remind property owners of business personal, manufactured home and livestock that the deadline to submit reporting forms to the Office of the Assessor has been extended to March 31, 2021.

Each year, business personal property, livestock and manufactured home owners must complete a report regarding their property to the Assessor’s Office. Information to report is equipment used for businesses, current mobile home information or individual livestock located within the boundaries of Bernalillo County. To avoid monetary penalties and a possible audit, property owners need to submit their reports on-time.
For the business community, filing business personal property reports can be done online using the e-file system located on the Assessor’s Business Personal Property webpage.

Reporting forms were mailed to property owners, and are also available on the Assessor’s Office webpage and can be emailed or mailed in:

  • Business Personal Property Reporting Form
  • Livestock Reporting Form
  • Manufactured Home Reporting Form

Visit bernco.gov/assessor for more information or contact the Assessor’s Office at 505-222-3700 or email at assessor@bernco.gov.
