Bernalillo County – The Bernalillo County Youth Services Center is suspending all in-person professional visits effective immediately:

Professional visitors include:

  • Attorneys
  • Public defenders
  • Probation officers

Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, however, stringent medical screening will be in place for those exceptions.

“The Bernalillo County Youth Services Center is doing everything possible to prevent the COVID-19 virus from entering the facility,” says Director Craig Sparks. “That requires us to strictly limit access to our facility,”

Supervisor Kristen McPeek will coordinate all video conferencing; contact her at kkmcpeek@bernco.gov
