BernCo to Install New Zip Line for Kids at County Park

Bernalillo County – Bernalillo County is now the proud owner of a zip line being installed at the Valle del Bosque Park playground in the South Valley, represented by commissioner Steven Michael Quezada.

The zip line, made by ZipKrooz, is the first of its kind at a county playground.

“We want kids to use our county playground facilities, and this is a big attracter,” says District 2 County Commissioner Steven Michael Quezada. “This zip line is state-of-the-art for playground equipment for the kids and a solid investment for the county.”

The zip line is currently being installed at Valle del Bosque park and other zip lines are planned for additional county playgrounds.

The zip line purchase and installation is valued at $30,000.
