Route 66 Visitor Center - Phase 1

This project is a collaborative effort between Bernalillo County, the City of Albuquerque and local stakeholders, SWAN (Southwest Alliance of Neighbors) and the West Central Community Development Group, to create a space that celebrates Route 66 while serving the local community.

This first phase of this project will consist of programming, site analysis (survey and geotechnical), conceptual design and an associated probable construction cost estimate. This phase shall determine the functional spaces needed both interior and exterior, assign floor area and estimates to each aspect to determine what can be designed and constructed within the budget.
