Goff Boulevard Improvements

Project Scope

The project consists of roadway improvements between Bridge Boulevard and the Isleta/Arenal/Goff intersection and storm drainage improvements between Bridge Boulevard and the Sanchez Farm Pond in accordance with the “Sanchez Farm Pond Design Analysis Report” prepared by Thompson Engineering Consultants, Inc.

Roadway improvements shall consist of the widening of Goff Boulevard from two lanes to three lanes and the addition of curb and sidewalk on each side of the roadway to improve safety and capacity of the roadway corridor. The new storm drainage system extends from Bridge Boulevard to Sunset Boulevard., discharges into a proposed detention pond east of the Goff/Sunset intersection and north of Soliz Court. Then, it will discharge into the existing storm drain on Arenal Road from the pond via Soliz Court/St. Anne’s Place.
