Substance Abuse Programs

Bernalillo County’s Department of Substance Abuse Programs (DSAP) Community Addiction Program (CAP) provides evidence-based addiction treatment services to clients who have been identified as having addiction treatment needs after they have been released from the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Center to the Community Custody Program (CCP) or clients who have been referred from other DSAP programs.

CAP is an American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) outpatient treatment program. CAP uses the Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA) curricula.

CAP services are offered at 401 Roma, NW, 5th Floor, Albuquerque.
